Physical activity and exercise is not only great for our physical health but our mental health too. During this half term the PE department are taking part in a range of activities and challenges and we would love for you to join in with us.
Below is a list of the challenges and activities which we will be doing; each has a short description of what it’s about. When you click on the icon it will take you to a page which will have a link for a video of a member of staff and a submit button. We encourage you to track your exercise by submitting your scores each time you complete an activity – this will also lead to Praise Points.
