Our aim is to ensure that our pupils are ‘proud to succeed’ and our ethos is to ensure all doors are open to our pupils. To support our pupil premium pupils, we ensure all doors are open in terms of attainment, aspiration, cultural experiences, and pastoral support. We do not want any of our pupils to feel that opportunity for future success has been denied to them on any level.

We pledge to help support pupils to consider and focus on their future aspirations. We will support pupils to keep their aspirations on track at all times and not lose sight of their future potential.

 VARIED CULTURAL EXPERIENCES

We pledge to offer a range of culturally enhancing activities which will improve confidence and open doors to inspire and enthral pupils as they develop and grow into young adults.

PASTORAL SUPPORT

We pledge pastoral support that will be both nurturing but firm and prioritise traditional values embodied within our Beacon Values as well as forward-facing information about the world we live in.
